Do you have nurses on staff?

Yes, in addition to Personal Care Assistants and Med Technicians, nurses are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Springfield Crossings employees follow personalized learning plans on a training platform that uses digital assessments and tracks performance that measures specified knowledge on resident-centered care. Topics range from fire safety, assistance with activities of daily living, first aid, diabetic management, and medication administration for those that qualify.

Yes, essential personal care supplies such as soap and toilet paper are provided at no additional charge. However, Springfield is centrally located in the heart of Delaware County, so there is no shortage of local shops or online shopping delivery services.

How many residents live here?

We can accommodate 84 residents in Personal Care including 1 resident in Independent Living, as well as 100 residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation.

We provide transportation to many local physicians’ offices located on our resident bus. We are happy to assist with offering alternative solutions to assist you with your transportation to your medical appointments.

Yes, our team members are happy to assist residents to and from the dining room no matter their mobility needs.

Is Housekeeping offered?

Yes. Housekeeping is included at no additional charge.

We provide basic cable but wi-fi or additional cable packages are the responsibility of residents.

Yes, our Life Enrichment team encourages all residents and reminds them to participate in activities/programs of interest to the resident.

There are several options available, but you need to check the calendar for dates and locations, including Catholic communion, rosary and confessions, non-denominational Bible and prayer groups.

Are laundry services offered?

Yes, Laundry is included.

Yes, as long as we have availability and are notified in advance. All guests are asked to sign in and out of the community so that we can ensure the safety of all residents and guests. At all times, the facility should be made aware of anyone in the building so authorities can be notified if there’s an emergency.
